The devastatingly gorgeous, Brett Anderson, beloved singer of the brit rock band, Suede. How I wish this gent would have stayed like this forever, never aging. ::swoon::
Since the victory hair rolls require twisting the hair in a round ringlet, I thought the brush would work. I'm missing a chunk of hair now which isn't so obvious but it took me five months to grow half it's length back. This is so upsetting. :(
Even my hairdresser at Headmasters supports this.

The blind student is played by Melchior Beslon, although it strikes us as unlikely that someone so handicapped could dash so fast through the streets of Paris, Beslon is genuinely blind in real life. His gestures and voice are compelling, and have a sensitivity that helps us empathize with his condition. Natalie Portman, serves as a perfect foil for Beslon. Like Run Lola Run, the film is a kinetic riff on the theme of destiny, and misunderstandings in love. The best part is a glorious cadenza of accelerated images, as the student recalls the relationship he has had with his girl friend. In less than three minutes of screen time, novelty becomes routine, ecstasy becomes boredom, rifts and solitude appear inevitable – until the final twist, which turns the joke on the audience. Once again – and with obvious pleasure – Tykwer has created a couple who race in tune with life, challenging their karma at every turn.
What an honor! The focus is about sadness & feelings of loss. I will be joining him for tea soon to discuss the shoot further. It will not be orchestrated moves or poses but natural.
Such wonderful news! It will be a great opportunity & he is featuring on his website & portfolio. I'm anticipating it immensely! ^_^
A demain et a bientot!
my heart)i am never without it(anywhere
i go you go,my dear; and whatever is done
by only me is your doing,my darling)
i fear
no fate(for you are my fate,my sweet)i want
no world(for beautiful you are my world,my true)
and it's you are whatever a moon has always meant
and whatever a sun will always sing is you
here is the deepest secret nobody knows
(here is the root of the root and the bud of the bud
and the sky of the sky of a tree called life;which grows
higher than the soul can hope or mind can hide)
and this is the wonder that's keeping the stars apart
i carry your heart(i carry it in my heart)

again to meet the world on a sojourn of sound.
We will begin by traversing the Great White North. Huskies blazing trails.
Bountiful. Hungry.
No jettison.
We come to you with a newness.
Thank you.
This sounds like the brilliant Carlos D. & his literary genius......looking forward to the new album. ^_~
I'm very ecstatic to announce that Placebo will be touring KC, MO. April 14th @ the Beaumont! I'll definitely be in attendance! I just can't fathom missing Monsieur Brian Molko! ::Sigh::
Because this song is my ultimate favorite, such exquisite lyrics!
Acrylic Afternoons
I fell asleep on your sofa and had a dream about a small child in dungarees
Who caught his hands in the doors of the Paris metro.
Then my face cracked open and you were there
You were there dressed in green, saying something obscene.
But that's why I came here in the first place, Oh well that and the tea.
Can I stay here lying under the table together with you now?
Can I hold you?
Forever in acrylic afternoons I want to hold you tight
Whilst children play outside and wait for their mothers to finish with lovers
And call them inside for their tea.
Cushions and TV and the table set for tea. One for you, one for me.
Come and lie down on the settee in that green jumper
You can have anything you want and the clock is saying it's half past four
But you know I want to stay a little more.
Can I stay here lying under the table...etc.
On a pink quilted eiderdown, I want to pull your knickers down.
Net curtains blow slightly in the breeze.
Lemonade light filtering thru the trees.
It's so soft and it's warm.
Just another cup of tea please (one lump thanks).
Can I stay here lying under the table...
Oh Kevin, Shane, Julie, Diane, Wayne, Frank, Heather, Rachel,
Chelsea, Leanne,come home.
It's time for your tea.
"And on winding roads, in crowded clubs & hotel bars-this shipwreck of the streets stirred daydreams of London trash & glamour, his cigarette tracing a ladder to the stars" Jack Fairy/Velvet Goldmine
Beau soir mes amis! It's been quite some time since I've updated.....I've succumbed to the myspace propaganda & took up some time there. It's not too bad, sometimes amusing.
I also got a new job this past Tuesday, yey! I also picked up an application for a passport. I'm planning my trip to England this year.....I'm looking forward to leaving this continent for a two week holiday this summer.
I rented two brilliant films yesterday, Basquiat & Velvet Goldmine. I'm absolutely in love with Micko Westmoreland's character, Jack Fairy. Androgynous & such a beautiful creature. ::sigh:: I loved the film, it took me nearly nine years to finally get 'round to watching it. And wow, what a film!
I've got an upcoming dinner date with my best friend for Valentines Day.....we've been getting on rather well & he's been a huge supporter since my disastrous week of unemployment & off & on again relationship precariousness. I'm on a hiatus from the dating world.
I'm craving a latte...more anon, a demain et a bientot!
